THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING!
1. North Lake Fisheries processes live seafood such as lobsters and crabs. Processing roles require butchering, cleaning, cooking and packaging.
2. The processing plants have several allergens present at any given time.

3. No fingernail polish or fake fingernails may be worn in the processing plant.
4. There is a scent free policy; no cologne, perfume or strong scented body sprays are permitted to be worn.
5. No jewelry, only plain wedding bands (no engraving) are permitted; no exceptions. This means no bracelets, necklaces, piercings, rings, ornaments etc. regardless of religious meaning. This policy is enforced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) as these items are considered a food safety risk. These items must be removed and stored before entering the processing rooms.
6. Dress code is to wear pants and shirt, in good condition. No shorts or clothing with rips and tears will be permitted in processing areas.
